IF YOU ARE AFRAID THE VEHICLE BEHIND YOU IS GOING TO HIT YOU ALREADY, WHY WOULD YOU RANDOMLY APPLY THE BRAKES AND INCREASE THE CHANCES FOR THIS TO HAPPEN.
